The alchemy of vision with virtuosity. Every bead placed by hand. Every stitch a deliberate act of artistry.
The fascination that surrounds hand-work embroidery beading is in the ethereal quality about it. Airy, rarefied, insubstantial, dainty and unearthly — the human hand can wrought celestial magic. When our beaders pursue their craftsmanship, it leads to a feeling of a special sort.
The Designer creates an Artwork. We, at Imroz Fashions, harness this creative energy into an Embroidery pattern. A stencil is prepared with a mere needle. The fabric is laid on a wooden frame. The Beader then takes over — shaping the designer's fantasy with a crochet hook or a sewing needle, bead by bead, stitch by stitch.
Every image in our gallery below is a real piece of Imroz Fashions work — photographed directly from our Mumbai workshop. This is what we do.

Faceted crystals, rhinestones and diamantés set individually or in clusters — catching light with every movement. Ideal for bridal and evening wear.
Tiny seed beads and cylindrical bugle beads assembled in dense, flowing patterns — from geometric grids to organic curves and fringe.
Round, oval and mirror sequins layered in precise rows or cascading waves — white, gold, silver, rose gold, bronze and custom colours.
Traditional metallic thread and coil work, often combined with pearls, beads and fabric elements to create rich three-dimensional surface texture.
Fresh-water style pearls, semi-precious stones and mixed bead clusters arranged in floral and geometric motifs — opulent and timeless.
Delicate beading directly on sheer tulle, net and organza — preserving the transparency of the base fabric while adding dramatic surface embellishment.
Handcrafted satin and organza flowers, leaves and motifs combined with beads and crystals to create richly dimensional embellishment panels.
The most complex briefs combine multiple techniques in a single piece — crystals, beads, sequins, threads and fabric elements working in harmony.

The designer's artwork is transferred into a paper pattern. A needle creates a stencil, then stamped onto fabric with white powder.
Fabric is stretched taut on a traditional wooden frame — the beader's workspace — ensuring precision across the entire piece.
Crochet hooks or sewing needles apply beads, crystals, sequins, threads and motifs, faithfully following the designer's vision.
Every completed piece is checked for accuracy, completeness, colour consistency and overall quality before dispatch.
